Gymnastics

Take 12 minutes to practice handstand walking. This could mean kicking up and walking, balancing against a wall, wall walking to see if you can touch your nose. Anything that works on you getting upside down or stabilizing weight overhead. Add in extra pistol warm-up between attempts!
