CrossFit Village’s focus on general physical preparedness prevents common injuries suffered in every day life as well as in recreational sport suffered by many when less fit. We aim to help improve our members’ health with every workout in a fun and safe environment. Many of our members enjoy running, running adventure races, sprint triathlons, tennis and golf, skiing and snow boarding and many more activities. Our members often report new found stamina, speed and power in their chosen sport or activity.
