Death By Burpees (AMRAP – Reps)
15 minutes of burpees.
At minute 1, start with 1 burpee. Increase by one burpee every minute. If you miss the number of burpees needed for that minute, start the next minute with half the burpees. (Ex. If you miss 8 burpees at minute 8, then you’d start with 4 burpees at minute 9, burpees at minute 10, etc.)
