In 20 minutes, every 2 minutes, complete as many weight increases as possible. Start with the Bar and increase in increments of 10 or 20 lbs each round. Perform:
2 Clean and Jerks
Record your final weight at the time cap.
Work up to a heavy weight but below your 1RM. If you get to a weight you can’t perform the lift, lighten the weight to a manageable amount and work on your technique for the final rounds.
