Happy Sunday CrossFit Villagers!

Starting this week we are implementing a new theme for the Tuesday workout. We’ve had some requests for longer Metcons, so here they come, in the form of “Terrible Tuesday”!

Each workout will still fit into the hour class, but rather than having 3 portions to class it’ll just be a warm-up and workout.

Everything is still scaleable to fit your needs, just chat with your coach to see what makes sense.

Hope you all have fun with them and let us know what you think, whether it’s love, hate, or both! Our plan is to include them for 4 weeks and judge where to go based on the reviews.

PS: If your pull-ups and push-ups have been getting better with all the Tuesday and Thursday attention, don’t worry. We are keeping those a focus on Thursdays.

Take 15 minutes to Bench Press

Bench Press (Build to a heavy set of 3)


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 minute AMRAP

2 power snatch

4 overhead squats

If necessary, the row can be subbed for a 1 lap run.
