Congrats on all the PRs this week! By my count we had 27 between the 3 lifts and 2 Metcons!


Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

With a partner complete these workouts, every 10 minutes for 30 minutes:

WOD 1 : Row a total of 150 cals. While one person is rowing, the other partner holds barbell in front rack.

Rest until 10 minute mark

WOD 2: Run 8 laps of building, while one person is running the other partner holds KB in bottom of squat.

Rest until 20 minute mark

WOD 3: Complete 250 double unders, when one person is jumping the other partner holds handstand.
Note the time you complete each of the 3 WODs.
