20 step back lunges

Then complete 2 rounds of the following:

20 cosack squats

20 banded good mornings

Weightlifting

Alternate between the two movements

Bulgarian Split Squat (4 sets x 8 reps)

With back loaded weighted, elevate back foot on bench then perform Squat.

Single Leg Deadlift (4 sets x 8 reps)
