Bench Press (5 sets x 5 reps)
Banded Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups (5 sets x 5 reps)
These are strict pull-ups. If you can complete them without assistance from a band then do that.
Complete 150 air squats for time, but EMOM do 5 toes-to-bar.
