20 land mine twists

20 cossack squats

10 KB Press (L)

10 KB Pres (R)

Gymnastics

Pull-ups (7 sets x 4 reps)

Strict pull ups. Use bands or add weight as needed

Push-ups (7 sets x 4 reps)

Add plates, or use a bar set in the rig, as needed

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes complete the following:

3 HSPU

30 Double-Unders

Scale such that you have at least 20 seconds of rest to start. Score is conpleted reps.
