Carry KB in one hand, slamball in other for 15 minutes. You may set them down or switch hands without receiving a penalty.

Weightlifting

Snatch (7 sets of 3 reps)

Work up to 65%. These are not mean to be touch-and-go, but three singles right after each other (aka within 30 seconds)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:

5 Front squats

10 Push-ups

20 Lunges (step back)
