Warm-up (No Measure)
Move through the following for 15 minutes:
10 KB Deadlifts
10 KB Power cleans
10 KB Waiter Squats
10 KB Push Press
Over head carry for 2 minutes
Split each movement into half right arm, half left arm.
Overhead Squat (3×5, 1 x AMRAP)
Complete all 4 sets at or below 65%. On the last set it is not a true AMRAP. Leave 2-3 reps in the tank.
Every 2 minutes for 7 rounds complete the following:
10 wall balls
Time cap: 1 minute for each round
Score will be slowest round time
