60 wallballs

90 double unders

then in the remaining time of the 7 mins: accumulate as many bar muscle ups as possible

RX: 225/135#, 20/14#, 90 dubs, bar muscle ups

Scale 1: 135/85#, 14/10#, 45 dubs or 90 singles, pull-ups

Scale 2: 95/55#, 14/10#, singles, 90 ring rows
