Every minute on the minute, starting with an empty bar, perform 1 squat snatch. Each minute add weight to the bar until you miss a rep.
With the barbell still loaded, switch to squat cleans, and continue with the pattern.
Once you miss a clean, continue with deadlifts until you fail a rep.
Score is the sum of your best completed snatch, clean, and deadlift.
Rx= 10/5# jumps for gentlemen and ladies, respectively.
Cap: 45 minutes
