Warm-up (No Measure)

Accumulate 100 partner lacrosse ball tosses in the bottom of a squat. Every 25 throws, stand up and perform 10 step back lunges and 10 push-ups. Then back up 4 feet and continue.

50 Left handed, 50 Right handed.

As a class review backsquat walk-out, positions, and breathing

Weightlifting

15 minutes.
