Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

Move for 12 minutes:

10 Banded Good mornings

10 Supinated Inverted Rows (barbells in rack)

10 Single Leg KB Deadlifts

10 Single Arm DB Bench Press

Weightlifting

After your deadlifts, walk over and immediately perform a max rep set of chin-ups. If using bands, aim for 8-10 tough reps per set.

Deadlift (5 Sets x 5 Reps)

Perform sets between 60 and 80%

3 Rounds for time of:

20 Slam Balls (30/15#)

:30 Ring L-sit

20 Barbell Curls (45/35#)
