75 pull-ups (while one partner works the other hangs from the rig)

75 cal row (partner holds top of deadlift 225/185#)

75 toes to bar (partner holds plank at top of pushup)

75 cal row (partner holds barbell with clean grip overhead 135/115#)

30 min cap
