Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

Move for 10 minutes through the following:

1 Round of Pizza Game

-then-

12 Box Step Ups

20 Russian Twists

10 KB Snatches

Weightlifting

Single Leg Deadlift

Landmines (5 Sets x 20 Reps)

Begin by holding the bar with both hands at chest level. Use your arms (and your hips!) to move the bar in a broad arc back and forth in front of you.

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

25 Russian Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)

25 AbMat Sit-ups

50 Double Unders

25 AbMat Sit-ups
