10 Box Step-ups

10 rounds:

Split jerk (right foot) with 2 sec. pause in the catch

Split jerk (left foot) with 2 sec. pause in the catch

Weightlifting

Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes perform the complex, from the floor.

1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk (10 Sets x 1 Rep)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16)

30 AbMat Sit-ups

45 Air Squats
