Sled day outside! (There is an alternate if raining)

With a partner, spending 5 minutes at each of the following stations, complete as far of a distance as possible in 50 ft increments:

1) Forward drag

2) Backwards drag

3) Hand-over hand rope pull

4) Forward push

-Rest 1:00 between stations-

Rx weights: 180/100# for the drags and push, 135/75# for the pull
