Complete the following for time:
200 meters each of Walking Lunges and Plate OH Carry 45/25#
200 meters each of broad jumps and Plate Farmer’s Carry- 2 plates 45/25#
At each door, alternate your movement. Start with the lunge then switch to the OH Carry. Alternate 3 times. Same for the Broad Jumps and Farmer’s Carry.
For the lunges, please DO NOT touch your knee to the ground, but get close. Because this will all be outside, think about wearing pants to protect your knees!
Start this outside the front door (looking at the street), and go clockwise around the building.

Scaled: 1 Lap around the building or 25/10#
