Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes, complete:

1) 10 Barbell Deadlifts

2) 10 Bent-over Rows

3) 10 Plank Twists

4) 10 Air Squats

Weightlifting

After each set of Romanian deadlifts, perform 10 throws each direction.

Romanian Deadlift

Half-Kneeling Throws

Half-kneeling, twist and with straight arms throw a medicine ball into the wall.

Complete as many reps as possible:
