Front Squat (5 sets of 4 reps)

Take 15 minutes to complete 5 sets of 4 reps, starting at 85%. Build as form and ability allow, but this may be tough enough!

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete as many overhead squats as possible in 20 minutes, following this scheme:

400 m run

Max reps of overhead squats at bodyweight

Scaled: Less than body weight
Rest as much as you like, but you only get one set of OHS per 400 m run. Is it better to get another set in by running fast, or have more rest?
