Snatch + Hang Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats (10 x 1)

Every 90 seconds for 10 rounds:

1 snatch + 1 hang snatch (hang above the knee) + 2 OHS
Add weight as your feel comfortable, but 10 sets is a lot of jumps, so be patient here. At least the first 3 sets should be below 50% of your 1RM squat snatch.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes:

36 Double unders

18 Wallballs (20/14#)

9 Toes-to-bar

Scaled: 14/10#, hanging leg raises
