Take 25 minutes to find each of the following:

Shoulder Press (Heavy 1 Rep)

Push Press (Heavy 3 Rep)

Push Jerk (Heavy 5 Rep)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds at possible in 8 minutes of:

30 Plate Hops (25# plate)

10 Wall-balls
