3) :30 sec Handstand hold (or 1 wall walk)

Weightlifting

Push Press (Sets of 3)

Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy set of 3.

50 Wallballs (20/14#)

40 KB Swings (24/16 kg)

30 Burpees

20 Power Snatches (95/65#)

Goal: Sub 10 minutes

Cap: 12 minutes
