What’s your favorite movement in CrossFit?
Hang Snatch (6 sets x 3 reps)
Take 15 minutes to complete 6 sets of 3 hang snatches. Lift the bar all the way to you waist, then lower it to BELOW the knee
Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets
No idea what dumping is (Girl WODs are pre loaded by Wodify)… but wanted you all to be able to compare scores!
