Front Squat (10 sets x 2 reps)
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, perform 2 front squats at 70% of your 1RM
Death by 10 m
Every minute perform a shuttle sprint.
1st minute 10 m
2nd minute 20 m
3rd minute 30 m
20 minute time cap. If you fail to complete a minute rest the next minute, and start back in at 1/2 the number you were on.
For example, if you make 150 m but miss 160 m, rest during minute 17, and then start back at 80 m.
