1 Hand Release Push up

1 Strict Pull up

10 Double Unders

2nd Round

2 Hand Release Push Ups

2 Strict Pull Ups

20 Double Unders

3rd Round-3,3,30 4th Round -4,4,40, etc

Metcon (Time)

Every 6 minutes for 24 minutes:

Row 500 m and run 400 m

Score is total time.
