Accumulate 30 sec. hanging on bar + 3-5 strict pull-ups (substitute hanging plus 8-10 ring rows)

Complete 3 minutes at each station, with 1 minute of rest between stations. Complete as many reps at each station as possible:

1) Rope shimmies from sitting

2) Burpee box jumps

3) V-ups

4) Single Arm KB Push Press
