Handstand Push-ups

Take 15 minutes to perform 5 sets of strict handstand push-ups. Shoot for 5 tough reps each round.

Add a deficit to make these harder, or stack multiple ab-mats if you are still working towards strict reps.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes (AMRAP):

10 KB Strict Overhead Press

20 C2B Pull-ups

30 Jumping Lunges

40 Double-Unders

Rx: 24/16 kg

Scaled: 20/12 kg
