Fish Game (No Measure)

With a partner, you each play one round of the “Fish Game”. While your partner rows, you perform a burpee for every fish they eat.

Work through the following for 10 minutes:

Top of Pull-up Hold

Top of Ring Dip Hold

20 Double-Unders

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes, complete the following:

18 Air Squats

12 RIng Rows
