CrossFit Village Berwyn – CrossFit

Hey there Village people! This is the start of a new programming cycle. We’ll be switching up the format a little on the lifts, and focusing on work from the hang for the Olympic lifts. We’ll also be adding in a longer Metcon each week, on either Tuesday or Thursday. Let us know if you have any questions!
