Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

Move through the following movements for 15 minutes:

10 Fire Hydrants per leg

10 Lateral Step-ups per leg

10 Lateral Step-overs

10 Airsquats

Weightlifting

Performs the fronts squats, immediately followed by 3 challenging box jumps (no misses)

Front Squat (5 Sets x 3 Reps (no pauses))

Choose your weights, but make sure to leave at least 1-2 reps in the tank on all sets

Box Jumps (5 Sets x 3 Reps)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

1, 2, 3,…

Power Snatches

15 Airsquats

Rx: 115/75#

For Example: 1 PS, 15 Airsquats, 2 PS, 15 Airsquats….
