Warm-up (No Measure)
Complete 5 rounds of the following:
10 Up/ Down Dogs
10 Single arm kettlebell deadlifts per side
10 Single arm kettlebell press per side
Power Clean + 2 Push Jerks (PC + 2 PJ x 5 Sets)
Complete 1 power clean with 2 push jerks
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes, complete as many burpees as possible in 20 seconds.
Immediately after the 5 minutes, repeat the workout with double-unders.
This is meant to be a sprint, so move fast.
