Warm-up (No Measure)
Move through the following movements for 15 minutes:
20 Banded Goodmornings
20 Golfer Walks
5 Inch Warms (w/ up dog at the bottom)
Bulgarian Split Squat (4 Sets x 8 Reps)
With back loaded weighted, elevate back foot on bench then perform Squat.
Alternatively, you can load this movement with kettlbells or dumbbells.
Single Leg Deadlift (4 Sets x 8 Reps)
7-8 lifts per side
