Gymnastics

Pull-ups (5 sets x 6 reps)

Add a weight vest or dumbell to make these tougher, OR use a band to help out

Push-ups (5 sets x 6 reps)

Use a band or plates to make these harder, OR use a bar set in the rig to work towards strict reps

Metcon

Complete 4 rounds for time of:

30 Box Step-ups

15 Ring Rows
