As a class, accumulate as many reps as possible in 30 minutes of the following:

Toes-to-Bar

DB Snatches

KB Waiter’s Squats

Burpees

Box Jumps

Sit-ups

Pull-ups

Pistols

Only one person may be performing any given movement at a time.

Class with the highest average reps/person wins!
