Weightlifting

Deadlift (5 sets x 5 reps)

Complete 5 working sets, between 60 and 80% of your 1RM

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

100 Double-unders

25 Bent-over barbell rows

Max reps of handstand push-ups in the remaining time
