Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

As part of your warm-up, accumulate 3 minutes in a Goblet Squat (at whatever height allows you to have a flat back) and 3 minutes in a plank

Weightlifting

Squat Snatch (12 sets x 2 reps)

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes, complete 2 squat snatches. Start with a light weight (~25%) and move up based on how you feel.

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

Complete 10 rounds for time of:

15 Calorie row (or 200 m run)

15 Push-ups

15 Squats

Target: 15 minutes

Cap: 20 minutes
