Lateral Burpee Over Dumbbell

Rest 1:1 b/t rounds

Round 1 is a TRUE SPRINT! Do not stand up on the burpees, just stay low and hop over. If you can stand up after the last rep, it wasn’t a sprint!

Time cap: 7:00 per round
