A good starting place for those who can’t consistently walk is 1 attempt per minute.
Scaling options include:
-Shoulder touches against the wall
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Every 2:30, complete 8 rounds of:
10 Power Cleans
5 Box Jumps
Time cap each round: 2:00 Target Time each round: 1:00 or less
Score is total completed reps. Finishing each round gets you to 96 reps.
