Handstand Walk

Take 20 minutes to practice handstand walking.

A good starting place for those who can’t consistently walk is 1 attempt per minute.

Scaling options include:

-Shoulder touches against the wall

-Walk walks

-Conans

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

20 KB snatch (10/arm)

50 Foot KB overhead walking lunge

20 Air squat

50 Foot KB overhead walking lunge

Rx:24/16 kg
